My Story

Hi, I’m Kate.
I’m a photographer, rescue advocate, and lifelong animal lover.
Snoot Social was born from my obsession with dogs (and all animals, really) and my deep belief that they deserve to be seen and celebrated for exactly who they are. I’ve fostered, adopted, and loved more furry friends than I can count—and if I’m not behind the camera, there’s a good chance I’m walking dogs, volunteering at an event, or dreaming up ways to open my own animal refuge one day.
My photography style is relaxed, candid, and always led by the pet. I take the time to let each pet be themselves—whether that’s full of beans or quietly curious—because the best photos come when there’s no pressure to pose. Whether we’re adventuring outdoors or hanging out at home, every session is designed to capture real moments and real connection.
And while I work with individual pet lovers, I also offer free photography and event coverage for rescue organisations around WA—because every snoot deserves the spotlight.
If you’re the kind of person who considers your pet family, I’d love to help you turn their personality into something you can keep forever.
